Step 41

Choose which part to move, 6 bar rotor  

In the assembly window, select 6 bar rotor.

Select type of motion

Select the rotate option for the move toolbar on top of the assembly window.

Select the axis of rotationSelect the axis of rotation

Select the axis connecting 6 bar rotor and 6 bar base

Step 44

Rotate 6 bar rotor clockwise

When you see the mouse cursor change into a hand click and hold to rotate the model by hand.  When you get close to the image shown stop.

Step 45

Align 6 bar 400mm to 6 bar angle

On the Place Part SmartStep ribbon bar, in the relation type list, click the relationship Types list, click the Axial Align button

Select the Axis to Align

In the Place part window, select the free hole of 6 bar 400mm.

Select 6 bar angle to align in the assembly

In the assembly window, select 6 bar angle.

Step 48

Select the aligning axis on 6 bar angle

In the Assembly window, select the middle hole of 6 bar angle.

Step 49

Finish aligning 6 bar 400mm

On the Place Part SmartStep ribbon bar, click OK

On the EdgeBar tool, click the Parts Library tab.  In the file list area on the Parts Library tab, select the file named 6 bar slider2.par, hold down the left mouse button, drag the file into the

assembly window, and then release the mouse button
