The format for the written report is very similar to that of the oral presentation. The content of the written report should be original. Specifically, you should not copy directly from the lab handout nor from any other books, etc. that you consult. If you are caught plagiarizing you will get a zero for the written report; note that this also includes copying old reports from past years.

The report should have a cover sheet that gives a decriptive title, the names of all group members, and the date. The written report format should be as follows:
