Format: Your solutions to homework problems will generally comprise handwritten work (words and equations written on paper) and computational work (such as Excel spreadsheets or Matlab code). Handwritten pages should be prepared in a neat and well-organized way. Microsoft Excel spreadsheets should use noticeable colors, boxes or annotations to highlight required answers or graphs. Matlab code (all functions and/or scripts used), together with the Matlab session that runs them and exhibits the required answers, should be printed. Please do not underestimate the amount of time needed to assemble your homework solutions, and allow enough time to complete this vital step in time. Three Excel files, a Word document with some pasted-in Matlab code, and six .JPG files each representing a scan of a handwritten page, all turned in as separate files, is an example of a homework submission that would NOT be acceptable.
Submission: Homework due date and time is indicated on the UB Learns assignment posting. It may be turned in late for partial credit ONLY by emailing Dr. Courtemanche (djcourte@buffalo.edu) before or at the time due. Homework turned in without such a prior arrangement will be NOT be accepted.
Neatness: A significant point penalty will be deducted for messy, disorganized, confusing or otherwise unclear solutions.
