 Select the Axis to Align

In the Place part window, select any vertical shaft of the stamp.

Select the base part to align in the assembly

 In the assembly window, select the base part.

Select the aligning axis on the base part

 In the Assembly window, select the Stamp guide hole of the base part.

Finishing aligning the arm

Step 35

Mate the stamp part to the rotor part

On the Place Part SmartStep ribbon bar, in the Relationship

Type list, click the Mate button.

Step 36

Select the Planar face on the Stamp

Click the upper end face of stamp part

 Select the arm part to mate in the assembly

In the assembly window, select the arm.

 Select the left face on the smaller hole of arm, as shown in the illustration.

Finish the Mate Command

On the Place Part SmartStep ribbon bar,  click OK

Align the arm part and stamp part

On the Place Part SmartStep ribbon bar, in the relation type list,

click the relationship Types list, click the Axial Align button
