Step 11

Increase the number of frames 

Change Number of frames to 200. Try it with

other numbers and check the results. This option is just to enhance visualization;

it has no effect on the performance of the mechanism.

Step 12

Change the Torque

You can change the torque to any value (say, 1000) by right clicking on ForceAO (which is below the ‘Action Only’ Forces category in the Edge Bar items) and then changing the torque value and/or type, as explained in Step 9.

Step 13

Play

Click on the Play/Reset button.

Step 14

Plot result with graph

Right click on the boom.par directory and left click

on the Magnitude of the Angular Velocity.

Step 15

Make Movie File

Click on Export AVI File button, write file name and

click on OK.
